Make binding for System.Data.Sqlite

Bindings for the OSS System.Data.Sqlite (http://sqlite.phxsoftware.com/) would allow a lot of existing code to work with CS-Sqlite, and also provide a uniform API for sqlite across the major mobile platforms - currently Mono provides an ADO.NET API for iOS and Android, and it would be great if Windows Phone 7 could also be added to the list.
